ROLES
Current opportunities
We are currently looking for people across two areas — sales and client
support. Both roles are focused on working directly with firms and
understanding their real onboarding needs.
Sales
Multiple rolesWe are looking for commercially minded individuals to help introduce OnBoardNow to firms across
legal, property, financial and recruitment sectors.
This is a consultative role focused on understanding real business needs — not high-pressure selling.
- Speaking to firms to understand their onboarding processes
- Explaining how OnBoardNow can support their requirements
- Demonstrating the platform where appropriate
- Building relationships and developing opportunities
Client Support
Multiple rolesWe are also looking for people to support firms using OnBoardNow. The role requires clear communication, attention to detail and a practical approach to problem solving.
- Helping clients understand and use the platform
- Supporting onboarding setup and flows
- Answering queries and resolving issues
- Ensuring clients get the most value from the system
