THE APP
Interview and information collection App
Allow clients to provide information including ID from any phone, anywhere, in minutes not days.
How It Works
Simple for clients. Seamless for
your firm.
OnBoardNow helps firms collect the information, documents, checks and identity
verification needed to onboard clients, tenants, applicants, buyers or customers.
Clients can:
- Secure ID capture — passport, driving licence, and more
- Mobile-first verification experience
- Fully linked to onboarding workflows
- Designed for compliance-heavy processes
For integrated systems such as Clio, everything is returned directly to the case file with no duplicated data entry.
For non-integrated workflows, results are returned fully organised and referenced.
No switching tools. No disruption. Just one connected journey.
Integration
Part of the flow — not a separate step
The OnBoardNow mobile app is fully integrated into the onboarding journey.
Clients are only guided into the app when required — and are then returned to
the same onboarding flow to continue
One Connected Journey
There is no need to download separate tools or manage multiple systems. Everything happens within one structured process from start to finish.
App Only When Needed
Clients are guided into the OnBoardNow app only for steps that require it — such as identity verification or secure document capture.
Seamlessly Returned
Once the app step is complete, clients are returned automatically to their onboarding flow — with all data and documents connected throughout.
Mobile First
Designed for mobile completion
The onboarding experience is optimised for mobile devices. Clients can complete the entire process from their phone — reducing friction and making it easier to provide everything required, wherever they are.
- Answer questions and complete forms
- Upload documents directly from their phone
- Capture images using their camera
- Complete identity verification securely
